He is an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya. Sumaiyah Omar is a Partner and the head of Corporate, Technology and Intellectual Property Law. Sumaiyah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is one of the youngest Certified Professional Mediators (CPM) with the Mediation Institute East Africa and an Associate at the Chartered institute of Arbitrators Kenya. She is also certified in Data Protection, Mastering Digital Forensics, Investigation and interview techniques, Introduction on Data Science and Analytics. She has vast experience in Corporate structure and advisory, Insolvency, Technology Policy & 12 Digital Rights, Start-up Advisory, Intellectual Property and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Solomon Olonde Kepher is an associate at the firm and heads the criminal Litigation & Conveyancing departments. Solomon is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post- 13 Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a certified mediator from Mediation Training Institute. He has depth and experience in the vast areas of legal practice which include but are not limited to Criminal Litigation, Debt Recovery, Conveyancing, Family and Probate Litigation, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment Disputes, Land Disputes, Anti-corruption cases just to name a few.
